Wow...

I just got a letter from a project sponsor in response to a letter
that I sent out a few weeks ago. I had basically just posted the
generic stuff I always post: We're opposed to dams because we're
concerned with the continued loss of unique aquatic resources, blah
blah blah. Based on aerial photographs of the site, I also said an
on-site evaluation would need to be done to determine if Broadhead
skink habitat exists on-site.

Holy cow...the response I got was priceless. I could literally not
put a price on it. Wow. Oh, and the bastards sent me all this info
'proving' the skink wasn't on that site....except of course it is the
wrong damn site (actually, the wrong "dam" site too).

So I called them up and pointed this out.

"Oh...it is?"

Also priceless.
